Just a quick post to let the US-based readers know that the Tween Scene dolls seem to be on clearance in some markets. At my local store they were reduced to $11 - 66% off the original price!
It's so true! Of course it means I've been buying way too many dolls in the three years we've been living here, but there are worse problems to have, right? ;)
That is a great sale! Sometimes you can get really beautiful dolls for low prices. Here we have sales, mostly, during the days between holidays (Christmas and New Year as an example) and between season. Old out, new in. You can save up to 75% if you are lucky. :)
Wow, I noticed last week that Walmart had so many dolls on sale. It seems like there was just such an abundance of dolls this Christmas season and all the kids ended up wanting iPods and Hatchimals instead, lol. It's a little sad, in a way to think that the age of "doll playing" maybe isn't lasting as long as it might have back when we were kids. (I'm pretty sure my sister and I still played with our Barbies when we were in middle school, lol.) Anyway, sorry for going on a tangent, haha...those are a steal at $11!
What a nice sale!!! hope many people will make use of it :D
ReplyDeleteHopefully they will! :)
DeleteThanks for the heads up!
