Random Toy of the Day: Batgirl (DC Super Hero Girls)
Since I've already reviewed the Bumblebee figure from this line, I don't have much to say about Batgirl here, but I did want to share a photo of her today.
Hard to believe that it's August already - I hope you're all having a good summer (or winter, for the folks in the southern hemisphere)!

She's really cute. I haven't collected any of these little guys, but I did pick up the Wonder Woman 12 in version. I'm interested to see what other characters they will come out with. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm curious to see the next wave too! I've been tempted by the 12" ones, but since we might be moving again soon I'm trying to stick to the small ones for now - I really like the whole line though - I bet your Wonder Woman is fun!. :)

ReplyDeleteNot much to say on this one, except I do wish they would use the same colour finishes as the original illustrations show...that blue is so way off.
Can't believe how quickly this year is flying by, I guess we all must be having too much fun. LOL!

DeleteDo you plan to get her doll version too? Also did you see the second wave dolls? They seem to be a combination of the action figures and dolls (painted legs and suits).
ReplyDeleteSadly this particular action figure is sold out every place I've looked so far here. She seems quite popular!
I've seen those second wave ones on the shelf, but I get the impression they're not as well articulated. I might be wrong on that though - maybe I should find out!
DeleteThey've been sold out everywhere here too - this one had been opened and returned, so I got lucky in that I found her just as they were re-shelving her! :)
That is a different kind of doll, but I like it. And I agree with Xanadu that the colors are a bit off.
ReplyDeleteIn just a couple of weeks school will start here and it is time to leave the cottage and go back to ordinary life. Summer has gone by fast!
It's about the summer, isn't it? Where I am some of the schools are back in session next week already!
