While I was walking the dog yesterday, I came across a random mini figure of Frozen's Kristoff lying along the road in two pieces. Naturally I took a photo, so now we have a sequel to
The Lonely Doll Shoe and
The Random Green Army Man.
I left him where he was in the hopes that whatever child dropped him might come back and take him home.
You seem to have a knack for finding these toys! I hope he gets back to his home too.
ReplyDeleteMy fingers are definitely crossed for him (and his owner)!
DeleteIt's funny, I hadn't expected this to be a series, but it's definitely become one. I've actually even come across a couple of other toys when I haven't had my phone or a camera with me. If I had, I think we'd be up to part 7 by now!
It's funny you should find all these poor abandoned or lost toys because just over the last few months I too have found a couple of abandoned toys. A pink plastic pig with wheels and a Playmobile Policeman. I have to admit that I picked up both and brought them home, as I just felt sorry for them laying abandoned in the street.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if, like in Toy Story, the toys actually come alive when we're not around and these wandered out of their homes and then got lost?
Heh, maybe they do!
DeleteI actually regret not picking this one up - I saw him again yesterday and he seems to have been run over by a car now.
I have to admit, I really like this series of yours. It's filled with mystery. You do seem to come across some interesting stuff during your walks.
ReplyDeleteThanks! It's surprising how easily people drop things, isn't it?
DeletePoor Kristoff, just lying there and in two pieces! Hope he gets home soon!
ReplyDeleteSadly, I just saw him in the street yesterday, so I think his owner has given up on him. :(
