This week in the clearance aisle

Just a quick photo post to share another sale find. I didn't buy any, but I thought some other people might be interested to see the Funko Dorbz on sale for $7 USD.

  1. These Dorbz seem to be popping up at our local Walmart as well. They're pretty cute, I must say, but I have managed to resist so far. It's always nice to grab some on sale, though! It's amazing how many collectibles they have out now. Companies must know how those of us that are 80s kids really love our 80s toys and really like to tempt us!

    1. Heh, it's so true! I don't collect Dorbz, but I came **this** close to walking out with Blueberry Muffin and Strawberry Shortcake. ;)

    2. Yup, me too! And She-Ra, haha. They know how to such us in, that's for sure!

    3. For sure! I was in Toys R Us the other day and the amount of retro-inspired lines is wild. I nearly walked out with a giant Thundercats figure - luckily I stopped myself because I don't have room for that...

  4. I have never heard of these but they look cute. Is this the same company that makes the bobble headed figures too? My son is collecting those with a vengance, I think he may have inherited the obsessive collecting gene from me!!!

    1. Heh, the collector gene! I like it - you can go around saying "Not my fault, it's in the DNA!". ;)

And good eye, yes these are from the same company. They must have figured there was a market for cuter vinyl figures, because there's a lot of cross-over of characters between the two lines.
