Incoming dolls: Makie

I've been playing with the doll/character creator on the Makie site for years, always without ordering anything.  But when they offered both free shipping and a free rabbit toy last week, I finally decided to go for it.

The turnaround time to production on these 3D printed jointed dolls is apparently two weeks, so hopefully I'll get to see the results in less than a month!

      And the Makie maker really is too fun. I have something like seven of them saved, and have played with it without saving way too many times!

    That is so darn cool. I've never head of such a thing. Very much looking forward to the finished doll.

      I can't wait to see how he turns out! :)

      I imagine that we're going to see more and more doll makers (at least the smaller ones) using 3D printing, but the way they've set up their site really makes this company stand out, I think.
